Waterdown Teardown

If these are where I think they are I think they were demolished to make room for all the new development, I believe a youth center was built over this particular house.

These look demolished on Google Maps.

One would think - why would the city or company tearing down these perfectly good homes - why would they not salvage parts of these homes!! this just doesn't make sense!!

it's a shame. These are nice places. Drove by them often for years.

Is commercial development REALLY worth it this much?
