"Mrs. Robinson"
And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson, Jesus loves you more than you will know. God bless you, please Mrs. Robinson. Heaven holds a place for those who pray, Hey, hey, hey Hey, hey, hey We'd like to know a little bit about you for our files We'd like to help you learn to help yourself. Look around you all you see are sympathetic eyes, Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home. And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson, Jesus loves you more than you will know. God bless you, please, Mrs. Robinson. Heaven holds a place for those who pray, Hey, hey, hey Hey, hey, hey
This is the home of the late Lorne and Dorothy Robinson. After Lorne passed in 2007 Dorothy lived here breifly by herself but she couldn't care for herself so she was put in a nursing home until she passed in April 2009 at the age of 88. Alot of personal items remain, pictures, clothing, even some home healthcare records. Its been rummaged through but remains mostly intact. No vandalism. Freezer in the front hallway has rotting food inside so do not open, the smell is something horrid. Big thanks to racr for the heads up on the POE, i've been eyeing this house since it became abandoned. It sits tucked in between two active houses, entry without being seen is a must. The neighburhood has been trying to get this place removed for some time now, it's still standing for now but for how long ?

This ones being demo'd right now. Got the wife taking shots while i'm at work. Will post the aftermath later. :-(
Killer spot; one of those places that makes you scratch your head and wonder why family have let it sit, especially with all the faces in the photos.
Great find CCC, and from the looks of it, a risky one too! Always so sad to see so much stuff left behind.

Gone now. Been torn down, dumped into bins and hauled away. Sad day in my hood.
