An invisible cemetery, next to the more obvious and still active Morrison Township Cemetery.
This small cemetery is hidden from view of the main road, although it is easily found after a short walk in the bush. Marking the location is a small concrete stone with an old plaque, just outside the chain fence that surrounds this tiny burial ground. No grave markers are to be found here, and the grave would be invisible if not for the rusty chain that encircles the resting spot of six of Morrison's earliest pioneers. There are some rises in the ground, presumable where the graves are located, but they are almost obscure with the deep undergrowth and the tall trees now growing in this spot.
Buried here are Albert and Hugo Sheight, Jacob Pilger, August Koch, Jim McDomell, and Tom Brothers.
I have no burial dates or other history to go with this cemetery, but for more information check the newspaper article in the photos below.

Ok I found out that this cemetery was the first in the area and that the Lutheran cemetery came later
