Lybster Pioneer Farm

This Lybster Township property has a bunch of old pioneer farm buildings still standing on what was once a large cultivated field. The buildings are in various states of decay. The main house is collapsed except for the front outer walls. At least 3 pioneer log outbuildings are near the house. East of these buildings is another larger log outbuilding with a metal roof. This building is in the best condition of all of them. There were not a lot of personal possessions in the house other than a stove and an ironing board. The fields have fallen fenceposts everywhere hidden in the 3-foot high vegetation, be careful if you go out exploring this one! The front driveway of the property is located at the end of a dead-end road with neighbours immediately across the road. There is a gate and signage. There is also a sneaky way in from another road, but it is a long trek.
