About this location
Small house in Ottawa just south of major residential development in the Barrhaven - Manotick area. The house has (obviously) burned but I wasn't sure if arson was the reason, so I left the current status as "Abandoned". Based on the fire damage, as well as encroachment from development in the area , I don't imagine this place is long for the world. The garage was interesting in that there were "several" young plants in the process of growing. Being neither a botanist nor a narcotics agent, I have no idea what they are. The kitchen door will open but it is somewhat less than neat and tidy inside. Based on the link below, it is actually for sale. The lot adjacent must also be purchased. Yours for $275K
