About this location
During our excursion out this way, we came across quite a few abandoned homes/farms. We spoke with the farmer across the street and he he informed us that they own quite a few of these places and they will be torn down soon. We were given permission to take photos, but we were told not to enter the basement as it is unsafe. Then I think the farmer got to thinking about liability, with the building not being 100% structurally sound he said that it is best not to enter at all.
UPDATE: This house has been demolished.
