This place had both a wonderful atmosphere and great pizza. A true neighbourhood pub. Based on reports from a community activist group, Angelo's, which has been in business since time immemorial, was refused a lease renewal in 2012. "A Passage the India", a restaurant next door, met the same fate as claimed by the same group. Happily, Angelo's relocated. There are two adjacent vacant lots and an attached City of Ottawa Site Development Proposal sign.
