A Hitachi's Future Dinner

A 50's looking home with a large LARGE Hitachi excavator parked directly behind it. The approval for the building of a subdivision where this sits has already been granted. The lot directly to the south us undergoing the approval process at this time. The home directly to the north is still occupied (and is actually quite nice) making me wonder if this will be the subdivision's King's residence and the rest will be those McMansion style townhome things that really should be outlawed.
