About this location
Dont know how long its been abandoned, but the place is starting to fall down. (there are some big cracks in the brick walls). "No Trespassing" Signs posted at the gate, and is across from an active house.

Yeah, I never tried entry due to the neighbors across the street. their usually outside everytime, or too much traffic. Oh, Theres another gallery someone made of this house. I told them it was a duplicate, but they never merged their gallery.
Moved OAP's photos over from Snowball House, unfortunately, put them into Don's gallery and not on their own. Deleted duplicate location.
I've heard this property is watched like a hawk and usually when someone goes to explore it they get a visit from York Region's Finest. I reckon the people across the street play Security for this place from the sounds of it.
