UUPDAE 3 (2023): By chance I've learned more about what led to this location's abandonment. The man who used to live here tossed his barbecue into the back of his house in an attempt to commit insurance fraud, and ended up burning the entire rear of his house. More than 30 people were in the backyard when it happened, but no one was hurt.
