Hey timo explorer - I never did notice your comment until now! Based on some of the paperwork that was left in the one bedroom, the wife (and I believe owner of the home) was diagnosed with some sort of cancer and seems to have passed away some time in 2014.

Nice find and photos. So...what is the story of tragedy? Please give us the story.
