This location is quietly lurking just off a busy highway, but is not easily noticed due to the obstructed view from the road.

A 2-car garage sits beside the house, and is mostly empty, although it looks like someone really had a go at one of the garage doors. The house itself is rather interesting. It appears as though someone was renovating the basement, and then just quit mid-project. There is drywall almost down to the floor, relatively fresh insulation, and protective plastic sheeting around the basement, but not much else.

The main floor features some cool professional graffiti on one living-room wall, and an interesting saying on another. The detail on the graffiti is very good. On the other side of the room, the front door (which appears to have been violently wrenched apart) is leaning against the wall near the front entrance. A piece of stained glass from the top of the door is lying nearby on the carpet. The whole house is tidy, with almost no evidence of mold or peeling paint.

Check out the stair runner on the stairs coming up from the basement. Half way up the stairs to the 2nd floor, there's a window with some plastic sheeting over it. Trapped at the bottom is a mound of dead flies, which was just a little creepy. One room upstairs featured something rather bizarre. I saw a whole bunch of small objects on the rug by the window, On closer examination, I discovered they were ladybugs that had come into the house, gathered together in one little area, and died there, which is something I have never seen before. There are a couple of hundred at least. It was the only place I saw them, and the rest of the room looked like someone had just been in and vacuumed.

This was a neat find, and access to the house is easy, but you have to look for it. One thing to note is the active property right behind this location. There were 2 beautiful horses running around a paddock on the adjoining property when I visited, and they certainly sensed my presence. Be aware that neighbours are there, and may be watching.
