Forgotten Downtown Building

Not to certain how long and when this commercial building became vacated. But seems like it might of been a bussiness building before to my guess and apartments above... unfortunately I couldn't go inside as the building been gated as well in a very busy commercial area. But to my knowledge it seems as well by the sign on the gate says it is a historic building in downtown. Just sad this building going to waste and hopefully will be remembered as well restored.
