Autopark

This is a hoarder house with several cars on the property. The most recent plate is from 2017 and it belongs to a car seemingly registered to the original owner's sister. The man who owned the house repaired cars back in his day. He died in August of 2014, at the age of 84, and it seems as though his sister took over the property after his passing.

I am unsure as to what happened to the owner's sister, but on my second trip I ran into some of her family members who said the house was under their name. It was sold for development but they still claim the belongings inside. The five of them had saw our car on the driveway and asked my friends and I what we were doing on the property. We had assured them that we were just taking photos. They had given us some history on the home and informed us that someone went and destroyed the house, broke windows, etc., and that they did not want anyone entering the home. Be cautious, as they were not happy that people had discovered a way inside.

On both of my trips the house was easily accessable, but it had an iffy POE. I am unsure if the family is going to lock up the door now that they know people are visiting, but even if they do there is another way in - it's just much more difficult. If you intend on visiting this house, do not park in front of the barrier on the driveway. I believe someone had saw our car and called the family to come check up on things.

P.S. Don't forget to check under the floor boards!

The POE was truly iffy, and DAMN this house was hard to walk through! The old cars were a huge highlight (the dead cat - not so much) and there was an abundance of personal items. I had also found a couple of documents in the house that had the name 'Martina Shaw" on it. PS: While on the property, I could hear voices of other people coming from the field behind the house. Nobody came to bother us, but just be careful as there are neighbours close by.
