Italian 70s Mansion

This large home was built in 1977. as seen from the photos, it has an Italian style architecture to it. this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home will soon meet its fate, as 6 new homes will replace it. the basement is EXTREMELY moldy, would recommend wearing a mask if venturing down there. you will find a brick bar and fireplace. a fridge full of rotten food and a sauna down there. the main entry has an awesome staircase and is very open concept. upstairs is pretty empty and plain, aside from the brick wall in the main hall that was pretty nice. main level features a very outdated kitchen and a white brick fireplace, dining room and family room have beautiful wood flooring and a big chandelier in the dining room. outside it has a fairly long driveway, many brick arches near the front entry and a large deck in the back with a broken trampoline.
