Charred Mansion

What was once a 5000 square foot mansion is now a charred wreck. This house burnt down in a suspicious fire on August 10th, 2017, just a few months after the owner had paid over $1.1 million for it. The owner's insurance claim has so far been denied and lawsuits are flying over it.

Listing this one as a private low risk entry as even though the location isn't really a secret (there was an article about it on the front page of the paper last weekend), I expect the neighours on this quiet court wouldn't appreciate a lot of people coming around. Or maybe they wouldn't care, I don't know :) The house itself is surrounded by a pool fence in spots, construction fencing in others.
