About this location

Railway bridge over the Thames river, belonging to the defunct Grand Trunk Railway Company. It offers beautiful views of the Thames river, from about 50 feet up (that's my estimate anyways of the height, based on Google Earth). This abandoned rail line is the same that leads to the Longwoods Rail Bridge and Melbourne Road Railway Bridge. The bridge seems solid enough but I found it rather disconcerting looking down to make sure I didn't trip, considering there aren't any railings at the sides.

I wonder if the snowmobile trail uses this bridge. Good steel construction below, but the wood looks rotten.
