this one was built in 1985 and is sitting in the middle of a development. most trees around it have all been cut down. and soon the house will be demolished.

Inside you can find an oak spiral staircase inside the front foyer, along with beautiful marble floors. the living room and dining room both have parquet floors, along with the living room, which includes the only fireplace on the main level, a nice one at that. the kitchen is most definitely original, oak cabinets along with the original fridge and oven from the mid 1980s. upstairs is mainly all parquet floors and flower wallpaper, other than the 2 bathrooms, one of which has very bright red tile flooring and Jacuzzi. the basement was very cool, at the end of the spiral staircase you can find an awesome bar with mirrored walls and a sink with with running water. there are 2 fireplaces, and 2 large rec rooms also in the basement, along with a second kitchen, and lots and lots of storage room.

In the end this was possibly one of the cleanest, most mint houses i have ever been in in my 6 years of exploring. and the fact an immaculate house that was built no more than 34 years ago is only weeks? or possibly days from being demolished seems so sad and wasteful to me. but unfortunately people seem to prefer a house with 1000 sq ft and no back or front yard only mere feet from your neighbor, than a custom built house with character, a yard and privacy. it happens way more than you would think. perfectly good houses taken down and put into a landfill so greedy developers can clear the lot and put up 25,30,50 or even hundreds of homes in its place like it never existed.
