About this location
This boarded up house is owned by Auburn Homes; the builder owns several in a row on this side of Sunningdale, including location #16013. Since these properties have quite large lots, I assume the builder will eventually tear down the houses to build a new subdivision. No current POE for this one - what wasn't boarded up was locked.
