There are 6 boarded up houses in a row on Richmond Street, all owned by the same numbered company. The addresses are 1234, 1236, 1238, 1240, 1244 and 1246. I'm sure they were student rentals before, and I expect the new owner intends to tear down the houses at some point to build a new rental building. All were locked at the time I was there, but you never know....maybe a second visit would bring better luck.

addie: Formerly a private student residence for Western University for many years, located a couple blocks from the gates on Richmond Street. After many decades of abuse from students and a landlord tired of making constant repairs left them to rot for a couple of years until it was slated for demo after receiving 5 work order notices from the city stating that the landlord needed to bring the home back up to code in accordance with the vacant building by law.

It's now just 5 in a row the biggest one burned down an now scrappers have been an most if not all have fire damage in different areas from squatters. Glad I got the gallery before them. Put out a fire on front of one with a guy passing by an pikaswed420 just this week.
