Abandon Kensal Rental + Speed City record store.

The white building was known as “Kensal Rental” and contained yard work/constuction equipment that was available for rent. Store closed in November 2020.

The building beside this was the original location of “Speed City Records” beforing moving across the street to 294 springbank Dr.

Both buildings remain empty. I've done a few google searches but haven't found any news concerning what could happen to the property. However, both buildings have had a for sale sign in the window for a while now. Only recently there has been a sold sticker stamped over it, maybe hinting at some future development. As for now though, these buildings are completely derelict.
