This was a home that Carlo Paolozza and myself discovered about a year ago.
The house was built in 1983, and last sold for 2.3M in December 2015. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The main feature of this property is the large tree that was planted inside the house that sits below a large skylight window.
