There are numerous well preserved tombstones at this cemetery, which is also known as Duncrief Cemetery.
Found this information from the Heritage of Lobo: "In 1852, Edward and Catherine Charlton deeded the land for the Methodist Church on the 11th concession, and from dates on the stones it is evident that the cemetery preceded the church by at least 15 years. The first recorded interment is that of Henrietta, wife of David Stonehouse and daughter of Edward and Catherine Charlton, who died in December of 1837." "There are only three interments listed after 1900, the last being that of Alexander Anderson who died in 1914. For several decades the cemetery was neglected. Then in 1957 money was collected from descendants of those interred there. The stones were collected and built into a memorial wall by the roadside. The church had disappeared many years before.".
