Large abandoned farm with house very clean was abandoned about 2 months or 3 months ago some floorboards weak but other than that great explore

gorgeous farm previously owned by an officer of the law. There are some foundation issues that can be seen with the one shed and the barn. inside was absolutely gorgeous and this guy was a woodworker as is evident by the pieces inside. lots of natural wood pieces. Wedding dress in the basement of the house was strange turns out the officer is divorced. over all this place is amazing. at the end saw a couple chipmunks playing by a wood board kept playing peek a boo

I (ishootthings) was talking with a buddy about this and he told me that the Heritege assement for this property said the barn was 1840s-60s. He supposed a Barn Expert would know. But the problem is I have seen nice places go (as have all of us) and Ive YET to see someone say “THIS BARN NEEDS TO BE SAVED!” (RARE does not count. The Slit Barn is a different deal and I cant even begin to fathom to explain that one.).

Id say demolished in the winter 2020 based on the plant growth on the lot and how all the refuse seems to be cleared. Shame. One of the more intact nicer barns in the region that Ive come across.
