Club Super Sexe was one of the oldest and most successful strip clubs in Montreal. It was known as being classy and employed some of the hottest dancers in the city. It adhered to a strict no-contact rule and featured a free buffet during the week.
Beginning in 1978 the iconic Super Sexe neon sign lit up the street for 39 years before the bar closed in January 2017. A new tenant was supposed to take over the building and the sign was to be removed by the end of that year. As of last summer nothing had been done.
I’m surprised nobody has added this on here already. I have to give a huge shout out to ToxicUrbex who gave me some great intel and without him this explore probably wouldn’t have happened. I tackled this one with Noah Nowhere and it was one of the highlights of our Montreal Urbex Tour.
This was hands down one of the strangest poe’s I’ve done to date. We decided to go at night and Noah was nervous as there were three cop cars out front dealing with a disturbance and a homeless guy making a lot of noise at the front door. We went for it and got inside undetected. With detailed instructions we had to maneuver through rooms, hallways and through a hole in the wall to reach the strip club. The stages and everything was left behind and the power was on in a few areas. I loved the Motley Crue lyrics painted on the walls and unfortunately there was other graffiti throughout. This was one of the best nudie bars I’ve explored for sure.
