1990's Dream Mansion

This custom built 4 bedroom 4 bathroom estate home sits on a 2 acre parcel of property and was built in 1994.

it has a large 3 car garage and a long roundabout driveway. there is also a tennis court at the rear of the property.

at the end of the driveway is a sign with the building company hired to design and build the new home that will go here after this gorgeous place is demolished.

inside this place was amazing, upon entry into the main foyer you are greeted with a large crystal chandelier, white marble floors and a beautiful winding staircase. the kitchen is very much a 1990's kitchen given the colors and materials used. the dining room has wood floors and a smaller, yet still elegant chandilier. the front family room has the far wall completely covered in mirrors, as the opposite side has a display case built into the wall with mirrors on it.

the main living room located at the back of the house off the kitchen, has nice wood floors and a very interesting fireplace.

upstairs there are 4 empty, white carpeted bedrooms. the bathrooms are definitely the highlight of the second floor, i have never seen such 90's style bathroom(s) in my life...

the basement was by far the most Epic part of this house, there are 2 bedrooms, and a large rec room, along with an awesome bar, sauna, bathroom of mirrors, and a huge Jacuzzi tub surrounded by mirrors! one of the more impressive basements I've seen in a while.

although this house is only 26 years old.. it will be knocked down and replaced with something, cold.. bland.. and straight up just ugly (at least to me)

it's sad that homes only a quarter century old are on a demo permit..
