This Large 2 storey home sits in a high end neighborhood, where the cheapest property is 1.9 Million Dollars.
this place specifically has never once been on the market. a developer came to the owners with a proposal of $3 million dollars for their home, where they have resided since the house was first constructed in 1965.
outside, the lawn unkept, windows extremely dirty, weeds 4 feet tall, and an overgrown swing set i the backyard.
the interior of the home, absolutely filled with personal belongings, with some things dating back to the late 1950's. a few thing's i remember are the pile of magazines from 1985 in the one bedroom closet. it's just crazy to think they've sat there for 35 years. aside from all the personal belongings inside, the decor and just overall interior of the house is simply amazing. not a single thing has been updated since it was first built 55 years ago. everything from the green shag carpet staircase, to the flower wallpaper on the bathroom ceiling. this place was an absolute treat to see in person, and if i could, i would buy it and restore it to it's former glory instead of it's inevitable fate... which will be demolition.
plans for a 6800 sq ft "chateau inspired" mansion, are in place for this property.
if we keep this up, there's gonna be no history left for the next generation to see.
