Serbu Tire

In the summer of 2019 a fire consumed the majority of a small tire shop known as Serbu Tire. The fire caused much of the roof and part of the front-facing wall to collapse, and caused an estimated $500,000 in damages. The fire was initially deemed suspicious and after an investigation, an arrest was made and one man was charged with arson. Parts of the building that proved unsafe after the fire have been removed, and all that remains is surrounded by a construction fence and awaits demolition.
