This has nothing to do with Pro Golf, The Pro Golfer name dropped, or the ACTUAL drink. But it kinda relates to the drink in a kind of way. This house is a half and half. Half time capsule, half M-T and collapsing ceilings like many seen before and to be seen again in the future.

The time capsule was not easy access. BUT worth it. It seems that Amanda(?) seems to have just up and vanished. Her upper floor apartment has water coming thru the roof I think. Slowly but surely. I did get dripped on a few times. Lots of dark (maybe and probably) nicotine stains/drips. The water wont help. The clothes are there. Some valuable electronics. Some fancy jewelry. Its got power just like the ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION next door. And water as well. Not 100% on that.

The lower floor apartment is M-T. Red curtain adds some nice colored light to the former dining room perhaps. The front room awas dark and I wasnt feeling exposing myself (haha, yeahhhhh...) to George St so I quickly flicked the light on and with a *BZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZAPPPPPPPPPPPAAAAAPPPZZZZZZAP!", and a fair amount of flickering, the light became steady. I flipped it after the pics real QUICK as well.

Not much to the basement. Standard as is the usual.

I used to think power and water at abandomnets was cool. Until this, and the house next door. NOW, it for sure helps pics in not great light to add MORE not great light, but its good.

Status "Unknown" as this appears to be vacated within 2-3 months. The food on the upper apartment is JUST starting to rot. Anxiety to the maxxxxxx. Im sure this and the one next to it are gonners. That water leak place. Ticking time bomb.

APRIL 2021 - I went to check loc #17384 and see what the fire dept had done and there were 3 people moving this place out. Short lived time capsule here. Like #17384, I gotta check this too now. Just the top tho.

Shot it the day after I saw it moved to see what had gone on. I noticed the mattress being strong armed out. But that seems to be the only room. 2 cars. 3 People. VERY odd.

MAY 2021 - Made LV3 now that the place next door with that water leak, has no leak. Still hydro but now, Im much relieved.

OCT 2021 - I have been told this has boards.
