Animals and Insects as a possibility. Place is prettywell open. There is active neighbors, so look out. As well, last time as mentioned, a squatter has taken up residence. Not sure of their disposition.
About this location
I spotted this place while going down Victoria. It's a house that's due to be demo'd and turned into condos like too many other houses in this town.
Victoria Street at the front of the house is quite busy, but there's an alley around back that's very quiet. Someone has opened the fencing at both the front and the back so someone has clearly been here. It's not a very nice neighbourhood (despite some of the houses nearby) so I would not be surprised if there were squatters. There's almost certainly a PoE but I wasn't able to get close enough.

A buddy told me about this, and this was in the time of the NOW DEMOLISHED church on Duke St, and with that church, I decided not to hold off on hitting places that are sent my way.

Ive gotta edit this set too. I assume they are salvaging then demolishing. There are a few doors ect piled up in the basement. That garage could be storage of some kind. Its impenetrable (when I hit it).
