this abandoned train station is in poor condition. The floors are falling apart, I don(a)t think it was wise to enter, but got some good pic(a)s!

Abandoned but shouldn''t be accessed building is in very bad shape was in and out very quick dew to buildings condition also is fenced in and posted by Ontario government no trespassing
Very cool to see this place on here. We have a family cottage on Lake St. Peter too
Was here October 2013 the floors are all very soft and I wouldn't suggest going inside isn't a safe location any more... If you do I suggest masks as very very moldy
From 1964 to 1970 I spent my summer vacation at Lake St. Peter. Back then the rails went to Wallace, then they took up the rails north of Center Rd. by 1965. I didn't find my way to Maynooth station until 1972.
This is one of the most photographed abandoned stations in the province..I love it..
Wow! When I was growing up, my sister had a cottage on Lake St Peter. I remember Maynooth like it was yesterday. I didn't even know a train ever ran through there! Great pics! Is Carter's General Store still open? It must have been a hundred years old at the time!
