was surprisingly clean and not a lot of damage other than it looked like somebody had Jimmied the door open I think because it's on Hwy 97 not many vandals or graffiti artists have made their way there yet well that is at least when I had visited around October of 2021 it didn't even look like there was anybody that had been sleeping or squatting there at first I thought there may have been an alarm that I may have triggered but as it turns out it was a carbon monoxide detectors low battery emitting a beep every 10 to 20 seconds hazards were very low maybe a little bit of broken glass some loose nails even air quality wasn't too bad no flooding but the basement may require a respirator it was starting to smell a little moldy
