Old abandoned house with truck left behind I don’t know anything about the house just noticed it while driving to anther location

Abandoned house with truck
I drove by the house and lights were on. Not too sure if it’s just an abandoned place with hydro because there wasn’t a driveway or car in sight. I didnt risk going in (january 2023)
