Hazards are standard to many houses like this. There are neighbours with cameras, and there is a fence surrounding the property. The floors in the basement are uneven for the obvious reason but there is no broken glass or hazard like that anywhere on the property.
Since the mid 2000s this house has sold a handful of times but the exterior and interior never changed. According to a few real estate sites this house paid $6,643 in taxes last year, but the date it was made is unknown. The demolition fencing went up yesterday.
This house is almost normal. The main floor consists of some classic wood flooring and some well crafted cabniets. The fridge is clean but smells of orange fanta and the sink still has a dishrack with a cloth on it. There are some real estate information and a garage opener on the counter but other than that the upper floor lacks any materialistic things. The bathroom sink on the upper floor reminds me of my grandparents old farm house. It is discoloured just enough for you to wonder if it was actually supposed to be that colour.
In the basement, there are two 4x4 wholes carved into the floor. It is clear that someone cut up the concrete floor, dug a hole, and then filled it in with rubbish. One hole has a concrete bag underneath some debris and the other has what looks to be some beer cars. I can’t help but wonder why they were dug up or what they found down below.
I expect this house to go down around spring time, but I am not sure.
