Broken glass, some kind of black substances on the floor, lots of nails on the second story.
BEWARE: there is a crawl space/unfinished basement that is under the stairs. There is no visible entry or exit point, so I’d advise staying clear as to not get stuck down there. It’s nothing special, just some electrical and heating.

Found this place a few months back. It’s funny what you can come across by taking a few random turns on a Sunday afternoon.
About this location
Small garage/shed just kind of sitting on its own. Not sure where the main building is if there even is one. It looks like it was in the process of being built, I’d say they got 80% the way there.
