Hazards
First time I scouted this location, there were about 5-6 police cars parked out front, with officers milling about inside and out. Might be used for police training, or maybe they were just on a call.
About this location
I’m fairly sure this house is not part of the plan for the future Monsignor Paul Dwyer Catholic High School. However it’s close to the other two, so I’m keeping the naming scheme. This is almost certainly not included in the plans of the coming suburbs though, and will most likely end up demolished. The neighboring house is not abandoned as far as I know, but could either be vacated in the future, or integrated into the new subdivision. It’s something to keep an eye on.
