About this location
The building to the north has seemingly been abandoned since around 2009 according to streetview. The one to the south was listed for sale as of 2020. The latter still has power. A Planning proposal for the two properties, along with the empty lot to the north, was submitted in 2021. It was approved in 2022 but construction has not yet started. While I was short on time and underprepared, there's almost definitely a POE. I'm not sure how stable the house is though.
