History

The site at 1837 Bayview Avenue, in Toronto’s Leaside neighborhood, is currently undergoing redevelopment. Originally home to detached houses, it will be replaced by a 27-story mixed-use condominium designed by Arcadis for the Gupta Group. The new building will feature 314 residential units, including a mix of studio to three-bedroom suites, alongside retail space.
