The St Andrews neighbourhood is more or less protected by Avante security. Defintely more security too that patrols houses, so don't let neighbours catch you. Windows aren't covered by any means so pretty sure you would be visible from the outside in some parts of the house.

Some chinese owners we're leasing their property until July 2023, they decided to evict their tenants they were leasing the house to, and submit an application to demolish the dwelling to build a new 3 story dwelling.

I'm not going to go through every single objection letter, as it's just a boring empty house that will soon be demolished. They got some bypasses, some variances approved, and it looks like demolition will happen sooner or later. Suprised it hasn't happened already, but I guess they're not in a rush.

This property in St Andrews is worth around 2.5 million.
