For some reason, this house is equipped with solar-powered Reolink Go Ultra 4k security cameras. Not sure why, as there isn't really anything to protect except peeling plaster. Floors are not stable in certain places, and the air quality in the basement isn't ideal.
History
Sitting abandoned for over 10 years, this house is past saving. Seeing this house from the outside, it's difficult to see anything wrong with it. However, the inside definitely shows the decay.
This Tudor Revival style house was built in 1931. Around 2013 it became abandoned. The house was most recently sold in April 2024, going for 2.3M. This purchase was essentially the price to pay for the plot of land this house was on, as the condition of the house really gives no other option aside from demolition.
