Sharp Objects - Lots of broken glass on the floors of both houses.

Air Quality - Seems like someone started a fire in both of these, they also have asbestos.

Neighbours - The same neighbour that caught me at The Torchia Residence has a pretty good view of the poe at the fence from that one window, it is also on a busy street right across from the go station.

Gated - In between the 2 houses, there is a few lazely put demo fences to block access, carefuly move one to get in if they closed it again so the one on top doesnt fall and make a ton of noise.

Cameras - I counted 6 cameras posted on the west side of the auto repair shop, I have no clue if they work or not.

2 abandoned houses both from the early 1900s. Both are accessible for now. The one on the left is pretty meh, with some junk left behind and basement access blocked, the car repair shop is also pretty meh, a decent fire was started and almost the entire main floor is chared.
