Sharp Objects - Lots of broken glass and sharp nails poking out of boards.

Neighbours - Lots of neighbours, you are pretty visible from the busy street until you get across the gate, then the house to the right can see pretty much the whole backyard of someone were to look out, and the house to the left, their dog started barking like crazy so check out the backyard after the house.

Plnats/Insects - The backyard is very overgrown, watch for ticks and bees and mosquitoes this time around.

Gated - The front is gated with a demo fence but there is multiple openings.

An abandoned house I found while biking down this new street, I could only get to like half of the house from the back as the rest was inaccsesible for some reason. may have been a multi unit home. It is pretty nice for the big living space that you first enter, then you get to the dining room and blood city, I dont think its real but that little splotch of blood to the far left end of the living room on the floor looks real (from experience lol) and the bedrooms and washrooms are nasty and boring.
