The Hoarder Behind The Mosque

This little bungalow sits on a small inner-city residential street. I don't know much about it nor could I find anything online. I’m pretty sure the house was built anywhere from the 1940s to the 1960s but I'm not exactly sure when. I talked to some people that live in the area and knows who lived here and they said that he was a hoarder. I'm pretty sure he has lived here for a very long time but in the summer of 2025 the Mosque behind the house bought it and he moved out. The house was eventually boarded up though due to homeless people who kept breaking in but because of that I couldn't explore the house back then beacuse of how secured it was. I was actually surpised to see this place become abandoned as back in late 2024 I saw this house while walking and it looked like it was abandoned as the house was falling apart, the front porch was filled with a lot of stuff in piles which looked to have been sitting there for a while and it also look really gross inside. You couldn't even walk, plus there were plants growing inside of the porch but it ended up not being abandoned as 5 minutes later a truck pull up and we left. In late 2025 they were starting to clean the house out and were also cutting trees down. I wasn't sure what the plan was for the house yet but my friend later on sent me a video of it starting to get demolished on December 18, 2025. I knew I had to go see it so I went over to it as it was down the street from my house and I watched them tear it down. After a while they stopped to clean the mud off of the tracks on the excavator and I went up to them and told them that I always wanted to see the inside of the house and that I wanted to take pictures. luckily they said that I could! I'm glad that they let me document the house before it was gone forever. The house was fully demolished on December 18, 2025 for a addon to the parking lot.
