Stumbled upon this site when exploring the Bridge of Love just nearby. Looks to have been some kind of commercial / industrial building mix, maybe even a house? It's very dirty and beat up, but the walls have still remained beautifully intact and the surrounding area brings it charm.

You can easily access the rooftop via the stairs. If you go down, on the middle floor between the first and bottom floor, you'll reach the bathroom. Pretty solid, has showers and many toilets. I took a piss in one, personally.

Going lower onto the basement floor, you'll see a dozen massive bags of styrofoam pellets. Not sure why.. but they're kind of fun to kick around and jump on top of as you watch the styrofoam bust out like a cloud. They'll get in your shoes though so yeah.

Overall, a very beautiful site. Right by the water too.

As of 11/24/2025, there are many points of entry. Simply walk through from any entrance and you're fine, as nothing is boarded or barricaded.
