If your planning and visiting this place go as soon as you can. I talked to someone that works at the ice cream business right next to it. The property has been bought, and they are going to tare it down and level the ground.

Awesome location! Quite a neat property to explore, especially with the greenhouses attached. That said, be careful of the living things. I encountered a bat, a raccoon and a couple of birds...in the day time no less. (The raccoon is in my gallery.)

This is a great spot, but be prepared to check yourself for ticks when you are done.
