Migrant Workers house

Demolished House in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

Recent status Demolished
Location # 2352

House inhabited most recently by migrant workers. There are ten beds in the house. It was lived in as recently as October, 2010.

krkkhed adds:
One bigger house with a second barn/house type building. The graffiti tag "outcast" appears inside and outside, which gave me the idea for the name [Was named ‘’outcast house" before merging]. The actual house is in pretty bad condition, the farm/house thing is okay-ish, and there is a third entirely collapsed building that is obviously, collapsed.

ishootthings says: This house was wide open last year. Now it somehow was attempted to secure it and well, its a well known one. The second floor of the house you are truly liable to fall thru. I brought a baseball bat so I could push to see where there was and wasnt floor. It went thru no issue.

Excavator has appeared in the driveway. I don't suppose this has much time left.

A poorly constructed barbwire fence was put up about three months ago to keep people out but it does not wrap around the house. Be wary it is an extremely busy area with the round about. The neighbor said that the house originally was owned by the Reece family and when the father passed away the mother evicted the son and the house has stood still since. The cement area used to be a boat work shop

Visited this location this past weekend and judging by the past photos I could have sworn Bruce Banner threw one big tantrum in here. Holes in the walls, beds ravaged, everything has been left pretty roughed up. A passing neighbor was kind enough to let us know that the current owner lives in Florida and had plans to convert the land into a watermelon plant. cont...

It was challenging in there to get good light that day, so dark outside...and as for the house, I think I actually preferred the outbuildings. That teal barn is the sh*t.

Nah...'twas me. And man, I'm not putting up that pink door shot I took now, you guys nailed it and shut it and buried it. Plus, the HDR works very well on the ceiling paint. Ok, time for my set in a day or so.
