About this location
Just around the corner from one of Toronto(a)s busiest intersections lies 20 or so homes that are abandonded. These small homes and duplexes have been empty for several years. Decay on the roofs and eaves troughs is evident. These homes were bought up and emptied by developers and have sat empty waiting for city approval for a new condo development (what else?). There is very little vandalism due to the fact that they are right around the corner from the Police station.

Younge and Sheppard has or had the same thing. Homes bought and boarded up by Developers.
The houses in pictures 8 and 13 are so nice. stupid developers need to go do something better with their time and leave nice old places alone :p

These have all been demolished as of February 26th 2012.
