Location # 2783

A decent sized house on Leslie, a few minutes north of Elgin Mills. Flooded basement, vintage railings, and lots of other interesting stuff here. very recent abandonment, as the thermostat on the wall was still running on battery power. Has 4 small outbuildings, and a big barn. (Do not enter Barn, there isnt anything of interest, and its most likely about to fall down) hope to get more pics soon. Of course, my batterys had to die after the 3rd shot.

House is now demolished and ground leveled like nothing was ever there. Not too sure about the Barn though, I drove by quickly.

This house wasn't boarded up because the property was listed as public, it was boarded up because an application for a demolition permit was submitted to the town and approved.
