About this location
Typical abandoned farm with brick farmhouse and assorted outbuildings. House has been pretty much trashed, garbage everywhere. The approaches on the outside decks are risky, they are crumbling away and you can easily break through.
Well hidden from the road and the neighbours, at least in the summer months, even has a place to park your car out of sight.
Judging by calendars and magazines inside the house, it was last used in the 1990(a)s. There are some shirts still hanging in one of the closets, a wonderful piano in the living room that still plays, and lots of kid(a)s toys strewn around. Books are everywhere, most in good condition as the elements have not penetrated the interior of the house. My favourite feature of this house is the second floor sunroom over the front entrance.
The outbuildings contain nothing of interest, more garbage all weather beaten and rotting.

I went here today. Nice place, but as said in the description - it's pretty trashed. So trashed infact that I couldn't warrant any reason to take any photos of the place. It could have so much potential if someone with a fat wallet came along.
