Not sure what this place was, but my best guess is that at one time this was a school. Looks like it may have been a school, and it is located on School Street, and there are no other schools on the street, so .......
This is the old part of Holland Landing, with churches across the road and the old federal postal building at the corner, it would make sense that in this small community, the school would be located nearby.

Well boarded up, which appears to be a continuous endeavor. No trespassing and Private Property signs are in abundance, but so are the signs of vandalism and wanton destruction. No point of entry at the time of my visit, lots of nearby houses.

Anyone know anything more of the history of this place?

***Demolished as of February 2016.
